A former boss once said about me: “What I like about working with Ashley is that when situations blow up, most people run away from the fire, but he runs into it.” This sentiment, featured on the back cover of my book 'The Man Who Defuses Bombs' encapsulates my approach to problem-solving.
My expertise lies in solving complex issues, be it leading end-to-end organisation digital transformation programs, facilitating executive communication, resolving escalations and disputes, negotiating commercially, or recovering debts.
I specialise in ensuring the seamless execution of business transformation programs, managing complex technology projects with delivery challenges for executive leaders, heads of business unit, and program/project managers.
I also work with software vendors and technology companies, assisting their Customer Success professionals and Customer Success teams in navigating all challenges related to meeting and exceeding customer outcomes, ultimately ensuring successful transformations.
I work across all platforms and technology solutions, but given my deep experience within the SAP ecosystem as the former SAP Head of Commercial Escalations (Asia Pacific Japan, United Kingdom/Ireland), I continue to work closely with the SAP organisation, customers and implementation partners.
Beyond executive responsibilities, I am also the creator and presenter of the international masterclass program, "Mastering Customer Escalations" designed for the technology sector.
I have delivered more than 35 workshops to over 770 SAP employees globally since 2019, the program now runs at the SAP Global Academy in California, contributing to the development of their emerging executives.
